李中健，教授、硕士生导师，郑州大学心电学研究所所长，原郑州大学第二附属医院心电图科科主任。中国心电信息学会/食管心脏电生理培训中心/心电图会诊中心副主任；河南省心电学诊疗中心主任；河南医学会心电生理与起搏学会名誉主任委员；国家、省级心电图继续教育负责人。
从事临床、教学、科研工作44年，是全球首位心电图专业教授，首位从2003年带教16名硕士研究生，联合带教2名博士研究生。2009年应邀担任美国《Circulation》杂志特约审稿人，应国家航天中心和多次国际会议邀请讲“心电图身份识别研究”、“胎儿心电图”、“2009年国际心电图指南解读”等；带领河南心电团队应邀参加10次“世界心脏病大会”及“国际动态心电图与无创心电学会”等国际会议；在国内率先提出“坚持走中国特色的心电学之路”的科学设想，分别考察和调研了俄罗斯、罗马尼亚、美国、加拿大、德国、法国、澳大利亚、新西兰、墨西哥、迪拜、韩国、日本、新加坡、台湾、香港、澳门及国内多家医院的心电图工作情况；带领河南队荣获“全国心电图大赛”第二、三名；被厦门大学聘为客座教授；出版的《实用Cabrera导联心电图》、《护士实习心电图教程》专著填补了国内外空白；
任主持人获科研成果和科研立项17项；获国家发明专利及实用新型专利10项；专业论文150篇，其中《SCI》收录3篇；主、参编专著15部；任负责人举办国家级、省级、市级心电图继续教育项目20余次，受教人数5000人次；成功主办2次“郑州大学护士心电图大赛”，1次“河南省中青年心电图大赛”；成立河南省心电学诊疗中心、郑州大学心电学研究所，并建立相应两个网站，目前全球同类网站点击率居首位；2016年首创“全球心电图查询系统”并举办全球新闻发布会；带领科室成功申办“河南省医学重点学科”及河南省“青年文明号”；近十年3次被评为中国心电学优秀/杰出工作者；获郑州市“五一劳动奖章”；获河南省“我最喜爱的健康卫士”及河南省“科技创新优秀人物”荣誉称号。  

Zhong-jian LI , professor,master's tutor, director of ECG department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Deputy director of Chinese ECG information society / esophageal cardiac electrophysiology training center / ECG consultation center. Director of Electrocardiology Medical Center,Henan,China(EMC)Managing director of the Henan province Biomedical Engineering Society. The chief expert of Zhengzhou branch of Chinese Medical Association of Zhengzhou medical expert consultation center.An assessor of high-level title judging committee for Henan health series.Deputy director of the Henan province electrophysiology with pacing society. Henan Province health series of senior professional titles evaluation experts.  An external referee in Guangzhou City Health Bureau. He mainly engaged in electrocardiology clinical, teaching and research working. In 2009 he was invited to be the reviewer of a famous American magazine Circulation. He was invited to introduce the recognition role of ECG in body identification in China National Space Administration in the same year.The Henan delegation have the honor to win the second and third prize in the nationwide ECG Skill Competition in the guide of me in 2012 and 2010 respectively in the guide of him.He was not only selected as the members of presidium in the domestic and international, but also host the conference. He undertook and acquired 17 scientific research achievements and projects, including 3 provincial and 6 hall/bureau level.He won the first prize and second prize in Provincial level Natural Science Award.The leading research directions on external or internal, such as "ECG used for living personal identification", "the new leads and new standards to diagnose
atrial hypertrophy", "the application research of lubricate analgesic glue(LAG)in esophageal atrial pacing" ,"the fetal ECG" and so on. He had won 2 national patents; published 120 professional papers ,including 3 SCI papers. He had published more than 50, popular science papers and compiled 15 monographs, in the recent ten years,he was commended 3 times as Chinese electrocardiology excellent / outstanding workers.He hadwon the May labor medal of Zhengzhou city.

刘桂芝，医学博士，郑州大学第一附属医院心电学专业副教授，副主任医师，硕士研究生导师、七年制临床医学专业硕士学位导师。

学术兼职：中国心电信息学会委员；第一届中国心电图会诊中心常务委员；河南省心电生理与起搏学会常务委员。

医疗与科研：从事心电图诊断工作20余年，掌握了医学科学和心电学专业基础理论，熟练掌握了常见心电现象和疑难心电图诊断技能。开展了无创心电图预警技术T波峰末间期的研究；窦性心律震荡的研究，以上预警技术，在国内均处于领先地位。开展了心电现象的基因学研究，并应用分子克隆技术，克隆致病基因，进一步研究离子通道特性，为Brugade综合症的治疗提供理论依据。此研究国内领先。在国内外专业期刊发表论文30余篇。获省厅级科研成果奖3项。承担河南省卫生厅科技攻关课题3项。河南省医学学术技术带头人出国培训项目（5451工程项目）选定获批人员。

Gui-zhi LIU, M.D, the associate professor of electrocardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, deputy chief physician, master's tutor,The professional master's tutor of the seven years clinical medicine major .Academic posts: Chinese ECG information committee; a member of the Standing Committee first Chinese ECG consultation center; a member of the Standing Committee of Henan Province electrophysiology and pacing congress.Medical and scientific research: She has been working in the ECG diagnosis for more than 20 years,she had skillfully mastered the skills about Common ECG phenomenon and difficult ECG cases. She has developed the non-invasive electrocardiographic early warning technology of T peak-T end interval study and  heart rate turbulence study which are in a leading position in domestic. She has beeb studying the ECG phenomenon From genetic level , and has appled it in molecular cloning technology and cloning causative disease genes, in order to deeply study ion channel characteristics, and provide the theory basis for the treatment of Brugadea syndrome. This study is in the leading position in domestic. She has published more than 30 papers in the domestic and international professional journals. She has won 3 the provincial scientific research achievements. She has taken 3 science and technology key projects of Health Department of Henan province. 副主任委员：吕聪敏

 

吕聪敏，主任医师，硕士生导师，郑州大学第二附属医院心电图科副主任，河南第一个通过全国心血管内科专业主任医师资格统考的心电图主任医师。郑州大学护理学院特聘教授；第一届中国心电图会诊中心常务委员。1990年毕业于河南医科大学医学系，成绩优异，留校至二附院工作至今。具有扎实的专业理论知识和丰富的临床实践经验，能够解决本专业的诸多疑难问题，如各种宽QRS波心动过速及窄QRS波心动过速的鉴别诊断、预激旁道及室性早搏的定位诊断、擅长各种疑难心律失常的鉴别诊断及起搏心电图的分析等。追踪国内外本专业的发展动向，连续多年为全国和全省心电图学习班讲课，并为学习班编写教材。室性早搏定位诊断与心肌缺血关系的研究得到了国际同行的赞赏，并以第一作者在SCI杂志《 European Geriatric Medicine》全文发表论著1篇、SCI杂志《Circulation》收录1篇，在《中华心律失常学杂志》、《中华老年心脑血管病杂志》、《临床心血管病杂志》、《中国急救医学》等中华系列、核心期刊杂志，发表论文20余篇。主编190万字的专著《临床心电学及图谱详解》。曾获省科委科技成果二、三等奖各1项，省教委一等奖2项。

Cong-min LV, chief physician, master tutor, vice director of Department of electrocardiogram of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.She is the first person to pass the National Cardiovascular Department of internal medicine physician qualification examination and achive chief physician of ECG major. She is the distinguished professor of Nursing College of Zhengzhou University and the Standing Committee of the first China ECG consultation center. In 1990,She  graduated from Medicine Department of of the Henan Medical University. Because of excellent grades, she was hired by the Second Affiliated Hospital and had been working till now. She had got a solid professional theoretical knowledge and rich clinical experience, thus she can solve many difficult professional problems such as a variety of differential diagnosis of wide QRS wave tachycardia and narrow QRS complex tachycardia , accessory pathway and ventricular premature positioning diagnosis.She is good at diagnosing all kinds of difficult arrhythmia and analysising pacing ECG and so on. She is always tracking the development trend of the professional at home and abroad, In recent years, she has been giving lectures to the provincial and national cardiogram classmates , and she has written teaching materials for them. The study of ventricular premature positioning diagnosis and myocardial ischemia relationship had got a praise form international fellows. She got two articles published in the SCI as the first author,they are European Geriatric Medicine and Circulation. She had published more than 20 papers in China series or the core journals, such as Chinese Journal of cardiac arrhythmias, Chinese Journal of geriatric cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, Clinical cardiovascular disease and Chinese Journal of emergency medicine. She also is the main editor of the monograph Clinical Electrocardiology and maps,which has 19,000,000 words. She has won the second prize or thrid prize of provincial science and technology achievements and the first prize of the Provincial Education Commission twice.

 

.副主任委员：宋英民

 

 

宋英民，主任医师，毕业于河南科技大学，南阳市中心医院心电生理科主任。南阳市起搏与电生理学会主任委员；中国心电学会心房调博分会委员；河南省起搏与电生理学会委员。1979至1983年从事内科工作，1983至今一直从事心脏电生理诊断工作，曾在北京军区解放军总医院进修学习一年，锐意进取，富有开拓和创新精神。善与总结经验，出版专著两部，获南阳市科学进步奖五项，在国家级杂志发表学术论文10余篇。

Ying-min SONG, chief physician, she graduated from the Henan University of Science and Technology, director of Nanyang Central Hospital ECG physiology department. The chairman of Nanyang pacing and electrophysiology congress. The commissioner of atrial pacing ECG in Chinese ECG Congress. Henan Province branch of the pacing and electrophysiology congress. From 1979 to 1983, she worked in the Department of internal medicine.She has been engaged in cardiac electrophysiology diagnosis since 1983.During this period,she went to get further training in the Beijing military area command of Chinese PLA General Hospital for one year. She was up-and-coming and innovative. She also is good at suming up experience. She had published two monographs, and she has won 5 scientific progress prizes of Nanyang City, She has published more than 10 papers in national journals .

 

 

副主任委员：郝建华

 

郝建华，本科学历，学士学位，主任医师，新乡市中心医院心功能科主任、心电网络诊断中心主任。新乡市中心医院及中原管理公司心血管专家委员会委员；河南省心电电生理及起搏委员会委员；第一届河南省心电学诊疗中心副主任委员。从事本专业30余年，擅长常规心电图、心电向量图、食道调搏、运动平板、动态心电图、远程心电监测、各种药物试验分析及诊断，尤其对疑难心电图、心律失常有较强的诊断分析能力。

任第一作者发表专业论文30余篇，其中中华系列论文1篇，撰写专著1部。荣获河南省青年发明大赛金奖1项（第一作者），市级科技进步奖4项，开展新技术项目10余项。多次参加国内本专业重要学术培训及学术会。

Jian-hua HAO , Bachelor degree, deputy director of the physician, The director of the center for ECG network diagnosis and Heart function Department in Xinxiang Central Hospital.Committee member of Xinxiang Central Hospital and Central Plains management company cardiovascular expert committee.A member of Henan province ECG electrophysiology and pacing Committee; Deupty chairman of the first session of the Electrocardiogram medical center Hanan province.She has been working for more than 30 years.She is good at routine electrocardiogram, Vectocardiogram, transesophageal atrial pacing, treadmill, dynamic electrocardiogram, remote ECG monitoring, analysis and diagnosis of various drug tests.She has the strong ability to solve difficult electrocardiogram and cardiac arrhythmia.As the first author, she has published more than 30 professional papers,including one of the China series papers, 1 monographs. She has won the gold award of Henan Province for the youth invention competition (As the first author), 4 municipal science and technology progress awards, andshe has developed more than 10 new technology projects. She also has participated in many importantl academic trainings about our profession and important academic conferences.

 

 

副主任委员：徐金义

 

 

徐金义，副主任医师，河南省人民医院心功能科主任，科室奠基人。河南省心电生理与起搏专业委员会副主任委员；中国心电学会委员；中国心电信息学会常务委员；河南省生物医学工程学会常务理事。一直以来从事常规心电图、动态心电图、活动平板运动试验、食管心脏电生理、直立倾斜试验等业务。研究方向为心律失常的心电图与电生理，每年在院内举办心电生理学习班2次、在省内举办疑难心电图读片会2次，近些年来致力于河南省无创心脏电生理专业的规范化、标准化以及推广与提高。于2004年获中国心电学优秀工作者称号，参加2010年中国心电图大赛荣获第三名。2011年荣获中国心电学杰出贡献奖，为心电学专业省级和国家级继续医学教育项目负责人，2011年成功举办河南省首届活动平板运动试验专题研讨会以及河南省首届心律失常的心电图与电生理专题系列研讨会。获2012年杰出心电学工作者奖，2012年先后成功举办：国家级心律失常的心电图与电生理专题研讨会、河南省首届动态心电图专题研讨会、河南省活动平板运动试验高层论坛。曾发表学术论文30余篇，填补省内空白4项，合作专著4部，目前有河南省科技厅课题3项、河南省卫生厅科技攻关课题2项。曾获得省级成果奖二等1项、厅级成果奖一等2项。

Jin-yi XU , associate chief physician, director of Heart function Department of Henan Provincal People's Hospital, the founder of their department.The deputy director of Committee Henan province ECG electrophysiology and pacing.Chinese ECG  committee member. Chinese ECG information committee member. Managing director of the Henan province Biomedical Engineering congress. He has been working the business  such as routine ECG, dynamic ECG, treadmill exercise test, esophageal cardiac electrophysiology, head up tilt test. Research direction :arrhythmia and electrophysiology. Every year, he holds electrophysiology study classes twice in the hospital. He holds the classes on reading difficult ECG piece twice in the province. In recent years, he devotes himself to Standardization and popularization of Henan province noninvasive cardiac electrophysiological profession, and improvement and extension of it. In 2004, he won the title of excellent workers of Chinese electrocardiology. In 2010, he won the third prize in Chinese ECG contest. In 2011, he won the Award for Chinese outstanding contribution  on electrocardiology. He also is the leader of electrocardiology professional provincial and national medical education project. In 2011, he successfully hosted the fist topic seminar of Henan province exercise test Symposium and arrhythmia ECG and electrophysiology thematic series.In 2012,he won the outstanding electrocardiology worker award. In 2012, he has successfully held the ECG and electrophysiology symposium, national arrhythmia in Henan province, Henan Province dynamic electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test forum. He has published more than 30 academic papers, which filled gaps of Henan province with 4 papers, collaborated 4 monographs. At present, there are 3 technology projects of Henan province department of science and technology,and 2 key projects of Henan province department of health Science and technology.He had won one second prize of provincial achievement awards and two frist prize of departmental level achievement awards.

贾耀勤，主任医师，郑州市第二人民医院功能科主任。毕业于华中科技大学临床医学院，心电学诊断专业，本科。任中国心电信息委员会委员；河南省心电生理与起搏学会常务委员；郑州市中华心电学会副主任委员。
从事心电学诊断三十多年，对心律失常、心电生理、心脏起搏专业方面具有较高的诊断水平。

Yaoqin JIA , chief physician, director of the function department of the second People's hospital of Zhengzhou. She graduated from clinical medicine school of Hua zhong University of Science and Technology.The major was electrocardiographic diagnosis .She is acting as a member of China ECG information committee, a member of the Standing Committee of Henan Province, electrophysiology and pacing society, vice chairman of China Electrocardiology congress of Zhengzhou.
She has been working in in electrical diagnosis career more than 30 years. She has a high professional ability of diagnosising arrhythmiaand cardiac and electrophysiology and cardiac pacing.

路永平,主任医师,河南省中医院、河南中医学院第二附属医院功能检查科主任，河南省心电生理与起搏专科学会第三届委员会常务委员；第一届中国心电图会诊中心常务委员；第一届中国心电图学会无创心脏电生理专业委员会全国委员。

从事临床心电学专业20余年，具有扎实的理论基础和娴熟的心电生理检查技术,曾分别于2007年、2011年两次在北京大学心脏电生理室进修各半年，跟随全国著名心脏电生理专家郭继鸿、李学斌、张萍等教授学习。擅长于动态心电图、心电向量图的分析与诊断，以及平板运动试验、经食管心脏调搏术、起搏器程控与随访、心律失常的诊治等。先后在省级以上、核心期刊上发表论文十余篇，专著三部，获厅局级及省部级科技进步奖5项。

Yongping LU , chief physician, director of functional department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,she is a member of Standing Committee of the third session of theHenan Province, electrophysiology and pacing congress, a member of the Standing Committee first Chinese ECG consultation center. the national committee of the first Chinese electrocardiography congress and noninvasive cardiac electrophysiological Professional committee.
She has been engaged in Clinical Electrocardiology professiona career for more than 20 years.She has solid theoretical foundation and skillful technology of electrophysiological examination, In 2007 and 2011, she went to respectively study twice in the Heart Electricity Physiology Department of Peking University. In that time, she learned from the national famous cardiac electrophysiology experts, such as Jihong Guo, Xuebin Li, Ping Zhang and so on. She is good at analysing and diagnosing dynamic electrocardiogram and VCG. She is also good at exzamination of exercise treadmill test, transesophageal cardiac pacing, the pacemaker programming and follow-up and diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias. She has published more than 10 papers in the core journals at the provincial level and three monographs. She had won 5 scientific and technological progress awards in the Provincial, Bureau, ministerial level.

熊艳霞，主任医师，河南中医学院第一附属医院功能检查科主任。现任中国心电图会诊中心第一届常务委员；河南省医学会心电生理及起搏专科分会第三届委员会副主任委员；河南省生物医学工程学会第一届理事会理事；河南省生物医学工程学会青年工作委员副主任委员。曾为河南省第八届青联委员；新乡市第八届、第九届政协委员；新乡市医学会第八届理事会理事；新乡市优秀青年专家。长期从事心电诊断工作，具有明确、稳定的专业方向和丰富的实践工作经验，在同行专家中具有较高的知名度，是本专业的学术、技术带头人。获市科技成果二等奖三项、三等奖两项，发表专著四部，撰写论文三十余篇。

Yan-xia XIONG , chief physician, director of the function examinations Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine University. The current member of the Standing Committee first Chinese ECG consultation center. the member Standing Committee of the third session of theHenan Province, electrophysiology and pacing congress. The Counci of first member of Henan province Biomedical Engineering Institute. Vice chairman of the Committee of youth work in Henan province society of biomedical engineering. She used to be the member of Henan province eighth session of Youth Committee. the eighth and ninth session of the CPPCC National Committee member of Xinxiang. The member of the eighth Xinxiang Medical Association Council.Outstanding young experts of Xinxiang. She engaged in the ECG diagnostic work for long trem,with a clear professional direction , stable and rich practical experience, a high reputation in the peer experts. She is the academic and technical leader.She had won second prize and thrid prize of scientific and technological achievementseach two, and had published four monographs. 副主任委员：潘运萍

     

 

潘运萍，副教授、郑州大学第二附属医院心电图科副主任技师，郑州大学护理学院特聘副教授；第一届中国心电图会诊中心常务委员。参加2012年中国心电图大赛荣获第二名。研究方向：心脏电生理检查及起搏心电图相关研究。临床工作二十多年，主要从事心电图诊断，具有扎实系统的专业理论知识和丰富的临床实践经验，尤其在心律失常、心脏电生理检查、起搏心电图、心电向量图、动态心电图等方面有独到见解。连续多年参与全国和全省心电图继续医学教育学习班教材编写和授课。任副主编出版心电图专著三部，参编两部，获河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖1项，作为第一作者发表在SCI、国家级、国家级核心期刊论文10多篇。

Yun-ping PAN, associate professor, vice director technician in ECG Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Distinguished professor of nursing college of Zhengzhou University. the member of the Standing Committee first Chinese ECG consultation center. In 2012, she won the second prize in nationwide Chinese ECG contest. Research direction: Research on cardiac electrophysiology and pacing ECG. She has been working for more than 20 years, mainly engaged in the ECG diagnosis.She has a solid professional knowledge and she is rich clinical practical experience, besides she has her special insights in arrhythmia, cardiac electrophysiology, pacing ECG, dynamic ECG ,vectorcardiogram and so on. In recent years, she continuously writes textbook of the national and provincial electrocardiogram of education classes and gives them lectures. She is deputy editor of the electrocardiogram of three monographs, and takes part in edition of two monographs.She had won first prize of  the Henan Provincial Department of Education Science and technology achievement.As the first author, she has published 10 papers in the SCI and national or national core journal. 

 

 

副主任委员：杨曙艳

 

杨曙艳，副主任医师，大学本科。郑州大学硕士研究生导师。任职于河南省胸科医院心肺功能室。从事心电图及相关检查的诊断及研究，熟练掌握冠心病及各种复杂的心律失常的心电图诊断。参与编写了冠心病临床实用技术，心电图精要及实用cabrera导联心电图等图书。获得河南省卫生厅科技成果奖两项；专利3项。

Shu-yan YANG, deputy director of the physician, Bachelor degree. Master's tutor of Zhengzhou University.She works in the heart and lung function department of Henan Provincial Chest Hospital. Research Direction: the diagnosist and research of ECG and related inspection.She is skilled at the ECG diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease and complex arrhythmia. She participated in compiling The coronary heart disease clinical practical technology, ECG essentials and Practical Cabrera lead electrocardiogramand. She had won two achievements science and technology of Health Department of Henan province and 3 patents.
