4.The sub committee assessment service qualifications of EMC
4.1 The assessment service qualifications of vice chairman: (with more than one item)
①He/she should act as at least the vice chair of the position in the provincial medical association;
②He/she should be master's tutor of the ECG of profession;
③He/she should be high professional title of ECG, and head of the Department of hospitals, (with influence in the country, the province);
④He/she should have establish municipal electrocardiology treatment center and act as chairman of the municipal committee;
⑤He/she should have achieved the national outstanding workers or subtropical high title of electrocardiogram and be the ECG Contest National Top three;
⑥He/she should be the graduate of ECG major, and be above subtropical high title.
4.2 The assessment service qualifications of the Standing Committee’s member：
4.2.1 He/she should be the director of ECG department of municipal hospital or above. (He/she must be the first charge in the department and upload the office documents of the hospital ).
4.2.2 He/she should have more than two following conditions:
①The subtropical high title of ECG profession;
②the Province Medical Association member position or above;
③The intermediate title of ECG profession in provincial hospitals;
④He/she should has established sub-committee in the county and act as the chairman; ⑤He/she should have won the national excellent workers in ECG;
⑥He/she should have top three in the national ECG contest;
⑦He/she should be the graduate of ECG major, and be intermediate title (municipal hospital above).
4.3 The assessment service qualifications of commitee member: (with more than one item)
①He/she should be the director of ECG department of county hospitalor above. (He/she must be the first charge in the department and upload the office documents of the hospital )
②He/she should be subtropical high titles of ECG profession(it fits all levels of hospitals);
③He/she should be a medical doctor of the cardiovascular department;
④He/she should be a master of ECG major.
5.The rights and obligations of the members
①We take dynamic management method:The employment duration is two years and can be renewed;
②We will inform everyone about the annual event with Fetion, public websites or E-mail.Whoever absent without any reason or leave for twice , will be considered to give up the relevant committee duties automatically.
③Whoever want to publish professional ECG papers,will be helped for the recommendation and modification;
④We provide free consultation for all members,and the information can be searched through EMC website. The consultation will be held through public mailbox.
