秘书长：李世锋
李世锋，副教授、副主任医师、硕士生导师，郑州大学第二附属医院心电图科秘书，中国共产党内科支部副书记。中国心电学会委员；中国心电图会诊中心副秘书长；河南省心电学诊疗中心秘书长；河南省生物医学工程学会常务理事；郑州市心电学会委员。参加2010年中国心电图大赛荣获第三名。1994年毕业于河南医科大学医学系，研究方向：心脏电生理、心电学相关检查与研究。具有扎实系统的专业理论基础和丰富的临床实践经验，熟练掌握心电学相关检查，擅长心脏电生理检查和高血压分型诊断与治疗。连续多年参与全国和全省心电图继续医学教育学习班教材编写和授课。
1、科研项目：参与科研成果和科研立项10项，其中已获成果：省科技厅科技进步二、三等奖各1项、省教育厅、卫生厅科技进步一、二等奖各1项；
2、任主编、副主编心电图专著4部。
3、在SCI、国家级、省级专业杂志上发表专业论文10余篇。
4、任专利权人获国家发明专利1项。
Shi-feng LI , associate professor, deputy chief physician, master's tutor. The secretary of Electrocardiogram Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.The deputy secretary of internal medicine branch of Communist Party of China. China ECG Committee. Vice secretary China ECG consultation center, The Secretary-General of Electrocardiology Medical Center,Henan,China(EMC).The managing director of the Henan Biomedical Engineering Institute.The member of the association of ECG Zhengzhou. In 2010, he had won third prize in nationalwide ECG contest. In 1994, he graduated from the Henan Medical University.Research Direction: electrocardiology related inspections. He has professional theoretical foundation and rich clinical experience and he is familiar with all kinds of electrocardiology projects. He is good at cardiac electrophysiological examination and classification,diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure.In recent years, he continuously writes textbook gives lectures for the national and provincial ECG education classes. ①The scientific research projects: He has participated in 10 scientific researches and projects , and has obtained the achievement: He has won the secone and third prize in provincial department of science and technology progress, He has been awarded first prize and second frize each one by the Provincial Department of education and Department of Health Science for technology progress. ②He has compiled 4 professional monographsas the chief editor or the deputy editor . . ③He has published more than 10 professional articles in the SCI, the national and provincial professional journals . ④He has one the patentee national invention patents.
副秘书长：牛向东
牛向东，副主任医师，郑州大学第五附属医院心电图室科主任。1991年毕业于河南医科大学临床医学系学士学位，2008年获郑州大学流行病与统计专业硕士学位。从事本专业近20年，自1995年起在本院开展心电向量及心室晚电位检查， 2000年起开展活动平板运动试验及24小时动态心电图及动态血压检查 ，2010年开始开展对冠心病、高血压病临床危险因子及分层研究 ，对心电图、 心电向量图 、活动平板运动试验 、动态心电图及动态血压监测积累了较丰富经验，在省级以上刊物发表论文6篇。
Xiang-dong NIU , associate chief physician, director of electrocardiogram department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. In 1991,He graduated from clinical medicine of the Henan Medical University and got the bachelor's degree.In 2008, he got the master's degree in epidemiology and statistics from Zhengzhou University. He has been engaged in this profession for nearly 20 years. Since 1995,he started to study VCG and ventricular late potentials in his hospital.Since 2000, he started to develop Treadmill exercise test,Holter and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring . In 2010, he began to study the coronary heart disease, hypertension and clinical risk factor disease divided layer. He had accumulated rich experiences on the electrocardiogram,vectorcardiogram,treadmill exercise test,Holter and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. He had published more than 6 papers in provincial journals.
副秘书长：范郑周
范郑周，河南大学附属郑州市第一人民医院功能科心电图专业副主任技师，执业医师。河南医科大学临床医学专业毕业，大学本科学历。从事临床心电图诊断工作30余年，主攻疑难、危重症临床心电图诊断。1984年创建内科CCU病房；1986年开展经食道心房调搏技术。掌握常规心电图、动态心电图及远程心电图诊断等技术。已发表学术论文30余篇。2011年6月受聘第一届中国心电图会诊中心委员。中华医学会河南省分会会员，郑州市心电学分会委员。
Zheng-zhou FAN, deputy chief technicians in the functional department of Zhengzhou NO.1People's Hospital, certified physicians. He graduated from Henan Medical University clinical medical major,and has achieved the bachelor's degree.He has been engaged in clinical ECG diagnosis work for more than 30 years.Heis skilled at the diagnosis of the difficult, critical illness. In 1984, he created CCU Ward. In 1986, he started to develop technology of transesophageal atrial pacing.He had mastered technology and diagnosis of routine ECG, dynamic ECG and remote ECG and so on. He has published more than 30 papers. In June 2011, he was employed as the committee of the first session of the China ECG consultation center. He is a member of the branchof Chinese Medical Association of Henan Province. He is aslso the committee member of Zhengzhou Electrocardiology Association .
